There may be a lot of distractions both physically and mentally. You may not proceed further when a physical distraction takes place. Though the same may apply for mental fitness, momentary distractions caused by immediate factors and results must be avoided for you to take a perfect swing.
Do not let yourself get distracted and let your focus stay on the game to take a perfect swing.
Bodily Coordination
Our body might refuse to budge depending upon our mindset. When distracted, the body shows immediate resistance to any kind of movement and restricts its movement to allow only to a minimum level. Relax your body by tightening your muscles and releasing them. Take prior warm up before you start to tee off.
Muscles do the trick
Your muscles will do the trick in taking a perfect swing. Primary of them are the shoulder muscles, back muscles, Gluteus and thigh muscles. Almost all the parts of your body do an interaction with each other to provide you with adequate strength and power to hit the ball.
The contraction and relaxation of muscles are highly important and must be done at the right time during the swing.
Certainly, most of golf is played in the mind before the body takes over. Controlling and coordinating your mind to the right direction or the target will result in getting better at swinging the club, which could be further enhanced by better practice.
